Models and Prototypes

Our own workshop allows us to build the first preliminary models as well as detailed prototypes in order to plan further design phases and to coordinate the efficient implementation of the defined goals. But we also work with external model makers, metalworking companies, locksmiths, carpenters, surface coaters and other companies, and so quickly come up with professional results. A pre-model or prototype embodies the tangible vision of the product.
It gives the concept a haptic, tangible handling and allows the testing and testing of factors such as user-friendliness, material, form and function. Also, the assembly or maintenance can be tested on a prototype and if necessary, corrections can be made on an ongoing basis. To ensure the design quality, the production steps are monitored. Industrial design in particular includes the planning and design of serially manufactured products as well as higher-level systems and usage concepts. In addition to the functional-aesthetic criteria, these should meet the technical-economic and ecological requirements as well as social and cultural requirements.
The needs of the user must be included in industrial production, so it is important to go through all the steps - from product planning to development to realization. In general, industrial design designs products for the consumer goods, capital goods, furniture, sporting goods and vehicle industries, as well as medical technology.
